Electrical Turnover Lead – Denmark 🇩🇰

Role Overview

The Electrical Turnover Lead will oversee the full electrical turnover process  ensuring systems are tagged, tested, verified, and handed over to the client in line with QA/QC and project standards. This role acts as the key link between project teams, site management, and the client’s turnover personnel.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage turnover levels, including red/yellow tagging of electrical systems

* Develop and maintain tagging schedules for equipment and systems

* Liaise directly with the client’s Turnover Manager to ensure alignment

* Implement and monitor QA/QC documentation and checklists

* Support test packs and energization processes with AP teams

* Regularly report turnover progress and issues to site management

Candidate Profile

* 10+ years’ experience managing electrical packages of work

* Proven experience in turnover or handover roles (lead or supervisory level)

* Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, test packs, and documentation

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Familiar with SAP or AP systems (advantageous)

* Must hold EU citizenship or EU work authorization

* Flexible and collaborative approach; willing to work on-site in Denmark
