Essential Experience

* 7+ years’ relevant experience

* Main Contractor experience

* Construction Management experience on major construction projects

* Experience delivering Data Centre, Commercial Construction, Life Sciences, Infrastructure or Water & Utilities projects

* Fluent English

Preferred Experience

* Tier 1 Main Contractor experience

* Previous European project experience

* Previous relocation or rotation project experience

* Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors

* Additional European language(s) advantageous

🎯 Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates currently working for main contractors delivering major construction and engineering projects, with strong experience managing site operations, multiple subcontractors, programme delivery, health & safety and quality.

⚠️ Candidates whose experience is limited to residential housebuilding, maintenance or consultancy-only roles will not be considered.
